They are too slow to respond. They promised to deliver my passport within three weeks, but it ended up taking about one month and one week. They should really improve their communication.

Sorry, we do not offer Brazilian passports at the moment. You can always get in touch if you need guidance on obtaining an EU passport, a UK passport, or any of the passports listed on our website.
