IELTS and Language-Test Application Support: What It Can and Cannot Do

Language-test applicants may need help understanding registration and paperwork. This guide explains the limits of legitimate administrative support.

Official testing remains personal

IELTS and other language tests are administered by their official providers. The applicant must register through the appropriate channel, complete identity verification, attend the examination, and receive results from the provider. An intermediary must not claim to issue, sell, guarantee, or alter a test result or certificate.

Permitted administrative support

Where actually offered and legally permitted, assistance may include explaining registration steps, organizing required information, checking obvious paperwork omissions, and helping a customer understand the next administrative action.

Protect your information

Do not publish passport numbers, candidate numbers, identity documents, addresses, or account credentials in a public review or online discussion. Use official provider channels for sensitive exam information.
